What type of video formats can I use?
Blu-ray, DVCAM, DVD-R, DV, MiniDV, BetaCAM SP, 3/4″ SP, S-VHS, VHS, VHS-C, Super 8mm film, 8mm film, 16mm film, Digital8, 8mm or Hi-8mm formats.

What types of files are acceptable for my artwork for CDs, DVDs, labels, sleeves, or inserts?
We accept EPS, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, TIFF and JPG images, or PDF files. Please use RGB color mode for orders under 1000 and CMYK mode for orders of 1000 or greater.

What is the audio or data size for CD duplication or replication?
The standard data size for a CD is 650 MB and the normal audio length is 74.40 minutes.

What is the video or data size for DVD duplication or replication?
A standard DVD 5 holds 4.37 computer GB of data or 2 hours of audio/video.

What is the video or data size for Blu-ray duplication or replication?
A standard 25GB blu-ray disc will hold 4.5 hours of high-definition video or about 12 hours of standard-definition video.

What is your turnaround time?
Our normal turnaround time is 3-5 business days plus shipping for CD, DVD, and Blu-ray short run duplication. DVD, CD, and Blu-ray replication times may vary depending on volume, so please contact us for estimated turnaround times.

How do I get my master disc and art files to AMI for production?
Send your artwork on CD, USB drive, or SD Card along with (1) your master tape or disc to 2300 Meyer Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46803. If size is permitting, you may also zip your files and e-mail your artwork to info@AMIFW.com.
